At Vera Vesca, we are committed to providing a luxury boutique experience. Please read our policies carefully to ensure a seamless and secure shopping experience.
Returns & Refunds
To maintain the integrity of our luxury items:
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition, including all packaging, dust bags, boxes, locks, keys, and tags. Show no signs of use, wear, odor, or damage. Items not meeting these standards will be refused and returned to the buyer's. Shipping cost is always the buyer’s responsibility.
- Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back to Vera Vesca within 5 days.
- Items returned after 5 days or without approval will not be accepted
- ALL ITEMS SOLD AS NEW / STORE-FRESH ARE FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for return or exchange for any reason, regardless of whether tags or accessories are included.
- Personalized / Hot-Stamped Items – FINAL SALE. Items that have been hot-stamped or personalized are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Restocking Fees
- To cover inspection, handling, relisting costs, and operational effort, all approved returns are subject to a restocking fee based on purchase price:
Bag Price Restocking Fee
Less than $1,000 - 25%
$1,000 – $2,500 - 20%
$2,500+ - 15%
- Refunds will be issued after receipt, processing, and inspection of the returned item.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Return Abuse Prevention
To ensure fairness and maintain our premium boutique experience, Vera Vesca reserves the right to limit returns for customers exceeding two returns per calendar year. This ensures all customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, authentication, and quality inspection before shipment.
Shipping
Items ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Buyers must provide an accurate, deliverable address recognized by the carrier.
Vera Vesca is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or errors caused by the carrier, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.
International shipping: Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.
Order tracking: A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days after carrier pickup.
Shipping, Risk & Insurance
- All orders are securely packaged and shipped with signature confirmation.
- Shipping insurance is optional and must be purchased by the buyer before shipment.
- Once a package is accepted by the carrier, all risk of loss or damage transfers to the carrier and buyer.
- Vera Vesca is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- For items over $500, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance through the carrier to protect your purchase.
Insurance is available at the buyer’s cost and is recommended for all high-value or payment-plan orders.
By purchasing without additional shipping insurance, you acknowledge that you understand these terms and accept responsibility for your item once it leaves Vera Vesca.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged and insurance has been purchased, the buyer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Buyers should retain all original packaging and the item for the claim process.
Return Shipping Costs
- All return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged/incorrect item handled through the carrier.
- Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method.
- Buyers may choose to purchase shipping insurance at their own expense for additional protection.
If the returned item does not meet the required condition standards, the buyer remains responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returned Packages
- If a package is returned to Vera Vesca due to an incomplete or incorrect address or because the buyer refuses delivery, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
- Additionally, Vera Vesca reserves the right to apply an 8% fee to all returned items to cover payment processing costs.
Authenticity Guarantee
All items sold by Vera Vesca are guaranteed 100% authentic.
Items returned showing signs of tampering, swapping, or alteration will be refused and returned to the sender, with no refund issued.
Verification of High-Value Orders
To protect against fraud:
- First-time buyers with orders over $2,000 or multiple items may require verification via email or phone.
- Vera Vesca reserves the right to verify any order with billing/shipping discrepancies before shipment.
- Suspicious orders may be canceled at our discretion without prior notice. Vera Vesca reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion if we believe it may involve fraud, multiple accounts, or suspicious activity.
- This may be done without prior notice, verification, or contact with the buyer. This policy ensures the security of our boutique and protects all customers while maintaining the premium shopping experience you expect.
